Working Directly with RuntPup

More possibilities for your favourite designs.

Sometimes a design is almost exactly what you had in mind. Sometimes you have a bigger idea for it.

Whether you'd like a small adjustment to better reflect your own dog, an entirely new piece of artwork, exclusive rights to a design you love, or permission to use RuntPup artwork in a larger commercial venture, there may be a way to make it happen.

RuntPup artwork originates with me. I create and edit my original files, with or without the assistance of AI tools, and retain ownership of the original artwork.

That means I can consider custom artwork, modifications, exclusive arrangements, and commercial licensing opportunities beyond the standard offerings in my shop.

Every project is considered individually, based on the scope of work, intended use, and my current availability.

1. Custom Artwork & Modifications

Sometimes, it's the little details that matter.

Does your Malinois have one floppy ear? Does your black Lab have a greying muzzle? Is there a little detail you'd love to change to make an existing design feel more like your own dog?

Because I work with my original artwork files, I can consider modifications to existing RuntPup designs. I may also consider creating entirely new artwork for a specific idea or project.

Perhaps it's an adjustment to a dog's colouring or markings, a change to an existing design, or something completely new you've been imagining.

Tell me what you have in mind, and I'll let you know whether it's something I can accommodate.

Custom work is subject to availability and is priced according to the scope of work, complexity, and requirements of your intended use.

Interested in custom work? Please contact me before ordering.

To help me assess your request, please include:

  • The artwork: If you're referring to an existing design, please include a link to its listing on RuntPup.com. For an entirely new project, reference images or visual inspiration can be helpful.

  • The changes or idea: Describe what you'd like modified or created, including any details that matter to you.

  • Your intended use: Tell me what you plan to make or produce with the artwork. This helps me determine how the finished file should be prepared.

I'll review your request and confirm feasibility, pricing, and the agreed scope before any work begins.

2. Exclusive Design Rights

A design that's no longer available to everyone.

Have you found a RuntPup design that would be perfect for your business or product line, and you'd like exclusive use of it?

For selected designs, I may offer an exclusive-rights arrangement.

Under an agreed arrangement, the design would be withdrawn from sale and would no longer be offered or licensed to other customers within the agreed scope of exclusivity.

Pricing depends on the design, intended use, and extent of exclusivity requested.

Exclusive rights do not automatically transfer copyright ownership. RuntPup retains copyright unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. The precise rights granted, including any limitations and the treatment of existing licenses or previously sold files, will be set out in the agreement.

Interested in a particular design? Send me its link and tell me how you'd like to use it. I'll let you know whether exclusivity is available and discuss the terms and pricing.

3. Commercial Artwork Licensing

Have a product line in mind?

RuntPup artwork may be available for licensing to manufacturers, established businesses, and brands interested in incorporating original designs into commercial products.

Licensing provides permission to use selected artwork for an agreed purpose under defined terms, while copyright ownership remains with RuntPup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Each opportunity is evaluated individually. Depending on the project, licensing terms may address product types, production quantities, sales territories, duration, exclusivity, and licensing fees.

To start a conversation, please tell me:

  • Which design or designs interest you.
  • What products you intend to produce.
  • Your anticipated production quantities or sales volume.
  • Where the products will be sold.
  • Whether you require exclusive or non-exclusive rights.

I'll review your proposal and, if it's a suitable fit, we can discuss the licensing structure, terms, and fees.

Have Something in Mind?

Whether it's a small change to a favourite design, an entirely new creative idea, or a larger commercial opportunity, the first step is a conversation.

Tell me what you'd like to do, and we'll take it from there.

All projects are subject to availability, approval, and agreed terms.
